More and more couples are choosing to keep it local on their big day and choosing unique venues like The Green Building for their wedding day, and our Brooklyn – based photographers and videographers couldn’t be happier! We come in contact with hundreds of brides every year, and for the majority of them, it’s their first time planning a wedding. Sure, they drew cute little hearts and practiced writing out “Mrs. Prince Charming” on their journals in middle school, but actually orchestrating an event for 250 guests (without loosing your hair) is another story all together! According to Brides.com there are about 50 mistakes every bride makes when planning her big day, from forgetting to eat that morning to not hiring a day of planner. Our photography and video team recently had the honor of capturing the luxurious wedding of this gorgeous bride, at NYC landmark, Guastavino’s, who by the looks of things seemed to avoid all those blunders! If you live in NY State (or even if you’re just visiting) there is no reason to look any further for the perfect wedding venue! More and more couples are choosing wedding venues outside of NYC to celebrate their big day. While the 5 boroughs offer an amazing array of options for places to get hitched (ICI, Deity, Midtown Loft and Alger House to name a few), NY State is home to hundreds of destination wedding locations for couples that want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. From Hempstead to Montauk, our team of photographers has shot at several Long Island venues and are thrilled to add Macari Vineyards to the list! Arionna & Keith planned the perfect sunset wedding at this family owned and operated estate and the breathtaking photos are proof that traveling east of the Big Apple is well worth the drive!View the gallery
