Niki Hajdu at New York Model Management
Le Image continues its fashion test shoots with the best agency models in New York. Shot by our NYC fashion photographer in our gorgeous Brooklyn photo studio, Le Image, Inc had the great pleasure of shooting fashion model, Niki Hajdu. Originally from a small village in Hungary, Niki Hajdu, currently models for New York Model Management. We used film photography for this test shoot which was completely new for our very experienced model. She explained to us that she had “…never done something like this before…and it was so much fun with the Polaroid camera”.
Model, Niki Hajdu, first started modeling three years ago. Originally, Niki was with an unhelpful mother agency for a year, which only resulted in a waste of time for the model. Mother agencies, for those who don’t know, serve to build up a model’s portfolio and present them to big agencies so the models will hopefully become represented. There are many sham mother agencies in the fashion world, so models, do you research!
Niki Hajdu’s modeling career has flourished since she came to New York and she truly feels inspired by the other models working in NYC. Similar to Johanna Gronholm from Ford Models who Le Image also shot, Niki’s favorite fashion model right now is Erin Wasson. The 5’10 tattooed model is very popular right now with her past work including countless Vogue cover shoots and large campaigns like Maybelline, J.Crew, Gucci and Victoria’s Secret. Erin Wasson has been shot by the best fashion photographers around the world, such as, Steven Meisel, Ellen von Unwerth and Mario Testino. New York Fashion Photography often includes this IMG Model and you have most likely seen her likeness on billboards around NYC.
NYC fashion photography is often a very competitive market but the photography work that Le Image has been producing has been so unique and timeless that it truly pushes the envelope of fashion photography not just in New York but around the world. Our fashion test shoots are casual but at the same time luxurious, giving the work a very cool and chic look. We will continue our test shoots and working with the best in the industry in our waterfront New York photo studio as we explore new ideas and concepts for fashion photography.
