Central Park and The Delancey Rooftop Elopement
This past summer our team had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Jenne & Joe. A statuesque red head and stylish gentleman, this bride and groom’s wedding photos could easily be mistaken for something out of the latest Premier Bride’s Magazine!
We started with the engaged couple at the trendy Hudson Hotel in Hell’s Kitchen as they got ready for their big day. Jenne wore a strapless ivory wedding dress with cascading ruffles in the skirt and finished the look with a vintage inspired blusher veil. Her 3 stone engagement ring paired beautifully with an elegant white orchid boutique that she later swapped out for a more colorful arrangement. Joe was just as stylish in his navy blue three-piece suit and even had time to shoot a game of pool as he awaited his beautiful bride.
Our team loved the exposed brick and natural lighting the hotel offered and captured amazing portraits of the pair before heading over to Central Park for the ceremony. Previously known as the Garden of Hearts, Shakespeare Garden is one of the most popular Central Park locations for elopements in NYC.
A long time friend of Le Image, Reverend Samora of Common Ground Ceremonies, officiated Jenne and Joe’s elopement and announced them husband and wife as their friends and family cheered on! Afterwards the newly married couple headed over to another Central Park favorite, Belvadere Castle for portraits and family shots.
The day ended with a fun reception at The Delancy Rooftop. Joe even tried his hand at bartending! We were truly honored to share in this beautiful love story!
