Gantry Plaza State Park Engagement
The revitalization of Long Island City transformed this formerly desolate area into one the fastest growing residential and cultural hubs in NYC! The Queens neighborhood is now home to gorgeous high-rise buildings on the water, diverse restaurants and beautiful waterfront parks like Gantry Plaza State Park! Well known for its famous Pepsi Sign (which can be seen from Manhattan), many couples choose to have their engagement photos taken here because of the amazing views.
Liz & Stephen booked our wedding photography package for their upcoming wedding at Prospect Park Picnic house (another popular NYC park) and included an engagement shoot to kick off the celebration of their union. The adorable pair wanted a fun and laid back theme for their engagement photo session and our photographer delivered!
They both looked adorable in coordinating jumpsuits as they strolled along the waterfront together. The view at Gantry Plaza State Park is breathtaking and really doesn’t need much added to it so the simple flowers the couple brought along was perfect. Our photographer included beautiful black and white engagement photos in their gallery as well as portraits and wide shots to capture that view!
We can’t wait to be a part of their wedding this fall!
