Brekke and Andrew
We absolutely love the effortless feel of Brekke & Andrew’s wedding photography. Our photographers immediately picked up on the natural chemistry between these two which made capturing them a breeze! The pair started their day separately getting ready with family and friends. The expectant bride was glowing and absolutely gorgeous in a knee-length lace maternity wedding dress while her husband-to-be looked great in a navy blue three-piece suit.
The couple chose to do a first look and portraits before the ceremony, which was a great idea! Brekke & Andrew had planned to take wedding photos in Fort Greene Park but because of rain our photographer had to get creative! They captured a few outdoor photos before taking their family photos in the lobby of the Hilton Brooklyn New York, which actually turned out great!
Their ceremony took place on the second floor at Maison May which offers an all-white setting with beautiful french doors that open into a Parlor of natural light and an elegant hanging chandelier. The Bride and Groom wrote their own vows which our videographer captured beautifully in their wedding trailer . They spoke of the comfort they have found in each other and made promises of continued love and support for the rest of their lives.
Afterwards, the newlyweds and their guests headed downstairs to the main area of the restaurant wedding venue and enjoyed a French – inspired menu (Maison May is known for its French- American farm-to-table cuisine) and cocktails in the backyard. The wedding day celebration ended with dancing back upstairs and of course cake!
