The Greenpoint Loft
More and more couples are choosing unique wedding venues like the Greenpoint Loft for their big day. A former rope factory, the restored space maintains many of its original elements, including exposed high beam ceilings, wooden floors and an open skylight. Our photographers love working at the Greenpoint Loft and have tons of amazing backdrops in the space to choose from.
Kristen and Sasha started their celebration with their wedding party and family and friends in the loft area of the venue. The bride was absolutely stunning in a lace gown and her groom sported a classic grey suit. Another perk of getting married at The Greenpoint Loft is it’s within walking distance of the East River. Our photographer captured some great shots of the Bride and Groom on the waterfront and in front of the murals in the area (all painted by local artists)
Their ceremony took place on the main level of the venue (we love the fun paper flower backdrop) followed by newlywed photos and cocktails on the rooftop. The couple’s decor included burlap tablecloths, wild flowers and various Brooklyn memorabilia which went well with the raw aesthetic of The Greenpoint Loft.
The evening ended with funny speeches from Kristen and Sasha’s family and friends, dancing and cake! We were honored to be a part of their beautiful wedding and wish them a lifetime of happiness.
