Macari Vineyards Wedding
We first had the pleasure of meeting this adorable couple at the wedding of their good friends, and our previous client, Jem & Andy, who married at Feast at Round Hill in Washingtonville, NY. A rare luxury for most engaged-couples choosing a photographer for their big day, Arionna & Keith got to see our team in action first hand and knew they wanted us to be a part of their big day. Both couples chose beautiful wedding venues that offered a “destination” feel right in New York!
A 3-hour drive from our Brooklyn-based studio, Macari Vineyards in Mattituck, NY is the perfect Long Island wedding venue choice for couples seeking breathtaking views and a serene setting for their big day. Family owned and operated since 1995, this 500-acre waterfront estate only hosts one wedding at a time to ensure intimacy and privacy for couples and their guests.
Long time Harlem residents, Arionna & Keith celebrated their upcoming nuptials with an engagement photo session in St. Nicholas Park. They had a blast getting acquainted with our photography team and the chemistry between the two was evident from the first photo!
Our administrative team worked closely with the couple to create a realistic timeline for their big day and go over all the details about their wedding photography. From the moment they say, “YES”, brides are bombarded with hundreds of emails, photos and articles about how to make their big day perfect. It can be overwhelming! A bit of advice we share with all our couples, is to remember that your wedding day is about marrying your best friend, and while personalized favors, 7-layer custom made wedding cakes and photo booths are all great, what matters most is the joining of two hearts and families in matrimony! (and having an amazing studio like ours there to capture it all of course!)
For the big day, Arionna and Keith rented a quaint house in the city of Cutchogue, NY for to get. The bride-to-be wore a beautiful white gown accented with a green ribbon, while her future husband, Keith looked dapper in a 3-piece navy suit. The couple had their first look on the vineyard grounds before their beautiful sunset ceremony.
Every detail was perfectly crafted and everyone in attendance had a wonderful time celebrating with the newlyweds. Our team loved the casual nature and intimacy of this summer wedding and wishes the couple a long life of happiness!
