Apella Event Space at Alexandria Wedding
When our photography team met with David & Harley they knew their wedding photos were going to be amazing! The adorable grooms were a pleasure to work with and had great sense of style! Our team started at their venue, the Apella Event Space at Alexandria. The NYC venue offers premiere space for weddings and events with interesting architectural details and modern décor. Couples and their guest enjoy waterfront views, and outdoor space for cocktails and top-notch catering .
The photographer captured all the beautiful details like their Tiffany wedding bands and boutonnieres while they helped each other get ready. The grooms looked great in coordinating tuxedos. David wore a classic black tux with bow tie while his groom Harley complemented him in a silver tuxedo jacket for a touch of shimmer! We captured editorial-style portraits of the grooms throughout the venue and on the balcony with views of the skyline in the back! Deciding to have a first look is always a great idea gives couple some intimate time together before the wedding celebration. The photographer even got a few adorable photos of the couple with their daughter’s dress and baby shoes !!
In true red carpet style the guest arrived greeted by cocktails and had some fun with our photo booth. David & Harley created a customized background with their initials on a greenery (how fun!). Soon after the reception got started the couple enjoyed touching speeches and well wishes for their marriage from their family and friends. The DJ kept the party going well into the night and everyone had a blast. We wish these adorable grooms a life time of happiness!
