Harbor Club at Prime Wedding
Everything about this Long Island summer wedding screams elegance! From the majestic views of the Huntington Harbor to open air balconies allowing a glimpse of the Gold Coast mansions and luxury yachts, no detail was spared in creating the perfect day for Jill & Cheryl.
The same sex couple reached out to us a few months before their nuptials and wanted to start with engagement photography that included their beautiful family together. They knew they wanted their wedding day to reflect their sophisticated styles while also offering a relaxing environment for their guests. They chose Harbor Club at Prime in Halesite, NY because of its exquisite cuisine and unparalleled views.
Long Island is home to an amazing collection of beautiful wedding venues. The 118-mile island offers couples a “destination feel” with easy accessibility from the other boroughs of NYC. Our team has had the pleasure of capturing weddings at several of the island’s venues; Westbury Manor, Chateau Briand, Crescent Beach Club, and Floral Terrace to name a few. We always welcome the opportunity to escape the boisterous concrete jungle for the peaceful harbors of the island.
Jill & Cheryl got ready together and both wore flattering white bridal suits complimented by pale pink rose bouquets. The couple mingled with guest and family members and enjoyed a sip of champagne before their outdoor ceremony.
Afterwards, they signed their Ketubah (a Jewish marriage agreement) and exchanged vows under a floral-draped Chuppah and their friends and family looked on.
The upscale venue provided the guests with passed hor d’oeuvres while the brides posed for portraits by the harbor. The newlyweds received well wishes from their friends and family and danced the night away before ending their perfect day with a sunset kiss! Our photographers were honored to have been a part of this beautiful love story!
