Roundhouse Beacon Wedding
Long gone are the days of dusting off the VHS and popping the tape into the VCR (remember those) to watch your 2-hour wedding video! Thanks to the invention of the world wide web, couples and their guests are able to relive their day through a 3-5 minute trailer with the click of a mouse!
Corinne and Jeremy contacted our studio seeking a video team to capture their wedding day in Beacon, NY at the Round House, a historic property offering a restaurant, hotel and event space that can accommodate up to 200 guest. We’ve shot at this beautiful venue before and couldn’t wait to return!
After chatting with the couple we recommended our cinematography package that includes our popular trailer and a fully edited video since they wanted to include most of their ceremony in their edited video and still have a shorter version to watch as well.
Our videographer started with the Bride as she got ready at home with her mom , dad and bridesmaids. We loved the Mother & Father of the Bride gifts that Corinne gave her parents thanking them for all their love and support through the years.
Another great advantage of having video to look back on is capturing funny and special moments with your parents (like when the Bride and her mom sang “I’m a barbie girl” ) as she got into her dress! (how cute!)
A friend officiated their wedding and their reception was filled with great speeches from their family, friends and parents (and wise quotes from Dr. Seuss). The newlyweds had a live brass band and singer which kept the party going late into the night.
Everyone had a great time and we were honored to be able to capture it all. We wish them the best of luck!
